Fire Life Safety

The occupants of every building must know what to do in the event of a fire or other emergency. It is vital to establish a safe, orderly plan for protection and/or evacuation.

In order to carry out a safe and efficient evacuation in the event of a fire or emergency situation, a team of individuals are appointed to identify that all personnel are accounted for and to ensure the established emergency procedures are followed.

Tenants are responsible to appoint their own Fire/Floor Wardens and Assistants for each of their suites, to maintain a list of individuals needing assistance, as well as to ensure a current Fire Warden & Emergency Assistance Form is provided to Building Management and updated as changes occur.
