- Provide the following information:

Suite number
Telephone number
Identify medical situation
Describe symptoms being exhibited
Condition of person(s)
Action you have taken
- Call building management
- Have someone meet paramedics in the lobby and escort them to the injured person(s)
- Assist paramedics with questions … otherwise stay out of their way
- Contact relatives after paramedics have completed their work and advise condition of person and hospital location if transported by paramedics
DON’T
- Attempt to move the person(s) unless necessary to prevent further injury or death
- Attempt to administer emergency medical care unless trained and certified for CPR, or basic first aid (stop bleeding, keep warm)
