Cleaning is accomplished by a contracted janitorial service, after-hours starting at 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Normal cleaning of Tenant suites includes dusting, vacuuming, and emptying waste baskets. Any trash to be removed by cleaning personnel, but not in the usual waste receptacles, must be clearly marked as “TRASH”.
Packing cases, shipping boxes, etc., should be broken down by the Tenant and discarded in the dumpster provided on site in the loading dock area. Bulk disposal of items to the loading dock dumpster must be communicated with the Management Office for approval at least one (1) day in advance.
Special cleaning or other services of this nature should be directed to building management at least one (1) day in advance. Tenant’s authorized representative may be required to sign a work order, and charges relating to services performed will be billed to the Tenant.
The janitorial staff is instructed to turn off the lights each evening in all offices.
Requests for restroom supplies or any complaints or problems should be directed to building management.
