Building Access Requests

To request Loading Dock and/or Freight Elevator access, the Tenant or Vendor must submit a completed Building Access Request (BAR) form to ALIIPLACE@AVISONYOUNG.COM:

  • BAR forms are required to be submitted a minimum of three (3) business days in-advance of the requested access date.
  • BAR form submittal to Building Management does NOT guarantee approval for access; Tenants are not to authorize Vendors to proceed with access until approval has been confirmed via email by Building Management.
  • Building Management will confirm approval by responding via email once logistics have been arranged and/or once any additionally required forms have been reviewed and approved internally.

Dependent on the nature of your request, additional forms or information may be required prior to receiving approval for building access. Such forms may include:

  • Vendor’s Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  • Building Rules & Regulations (R&R) Form
  • Cable Installation/Removal form - as applicable
  • Scope of Work, etc.

We shall make every attempt to review your scheduling requests within one (1) working day, however, please allow up to three (3) business days for arrangements to be made and/or for approval to be received. Tenant Representatives will be notified if your request will take longer to attend to or to complete.

NOTE: If tenant notification is required because work may be disruptive (noisy, requiring access to additional tenant spaces, etc.), Building Management requires at least two (2) weeks’ notice to schedule services.

Certificates of Insurance for Vendors/Contractors

All contractors and vendors performing work on the Alii Place property are required to provide evidence of insurance coverage satisfactory to the building landlord and meeting our Vendor Insurance Requirements.  Building Management holds the right to deny requests for vendors’ access if such requirements cannot be met with/therein a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or the COI cannot be provided in-time of such work to occur.

Certificates of Insurance should be provided to Building Management electronically via email to ALIIPLACE@AVISONYOUNG.COM. Electronic receipt is preferred and we ask that, for

NOTE: Tenants who are expecting to schedule work in the near future are welcomed to inquire with Building Management to determine if an active COI is currently on-file for the Vendor. We’d be happy to help you plan ahead for your project.
